Know more about food you eat every day....

Everyday we eat a lot of rice, food, fruit, mee and drinks.
Do you know what is contain inside the food?
How many calories?
How many crabs?
How many protein?
How many fat?

Good guide! Although I don't count calories when eating, at least I know which food is high in calorie and eat them sparingly!
